PIC RAP Newsletter

The Public Involvement Committee (PIC), a sub-committee to the St. Lawrence River Restoration Council, is responsible for communicating St. Lawrence River (Cornwall) Remedial Action Plan (RAP) awareness and project achievements to the public. As such, the PIC has produced yearly installments of the St. Lawrence River RAP Update beginning in 2002 to 2009.
